She built organisational engines to drive growth including product, B2B sales, B2B & B2C marketing, operations and customer success. Including an international career at a Fortune 500 oil & gas company in billion-dollar projects in frontier, challenging markets (including Iraq, Brunei, Malaysia), she developed and executed commercial and organisational growth strategies; led scale-up and ramp-down of a key strategic country’s operations with aggressive timelines, fast-changing environments and challenging C-level stakeholders; and delivered in areas of high uncertainty and high-pressure. She is a strong team player who has built high-performance teams from the ground up and is passionate about helping people grow.
