With over 20 years of evolving CX industry experience, JD Ackley is guiding enterprises into the exciting age of Artificial Intelligence with an eye on business outcomes. JD began his journey with the broad reach of Verizon, working closely with customers to set the foundations of what became the business of the Call Center. He went on to provide thought leadership as an Avaya solution architect for what has become Avaya’s largest business partner globally, Converge1. At Oracle, JD lead the largest contact centers as a senior consultant to secure and optimize their organizations communication infrastructures. More recently, he led the consolidation of the contact center for North America’s largest luxury retailer, Macy’s, until being tapped to forge the Global CX Services business unit for one of the fastest growing global CX Service Delivery Partners, Black Box. With a deep understanding of the technologies that run today’s contact centers, JD brings light onto how AI can improve customer experiences.
