With a diverse background spanning financial services and information industries, she brings over five years of experience driving strategic partnerships and delivering scalable impact across the MENA region.   Previously, she drove MENA expansion at Guidepoint, supporting consulting and PE clients. Disa holds academic credentials in Business Administration and Political Science and champions innovative, inclusive savings solutions for the modern workforce.

Hazem Abdel Rahman

CEO & Co-Founder, Equevu

Hazem is a seasoned actuary and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in retirement and long-term savings solutions. A Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Associate of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, he is the CEO and Co-Founder of Equevu, a pension-tech company helping organisations drive financial well-being through workplace savings. Previously, Hazem was a Principal Actuary at Mercer, and consults for Praxis, a global leader in employer benefits. He has advised major public and private institutions across the GCC, including ADPF and GPSA, and is committed to reshaping financial security in the region.

James Barber-Lomax

Group Head, Praxis

James is the Group Head of Pensions & Employer Solutions at Praxis, with over 20 years of experience in pensions, trust management, and employer benefits. Based in Dubai, he leads global strategy and regional expansion across the Middle East, including establishing the first regulated trust company in ADGM. A qualified STEP member with a Diploma in International Trust Management, James brings technical and strategic expertise to shaping modern workplace savings and end-of-service solutions across jurisdictions.
