Pamela Wade, originally from Liverpool in the UK, has had the pleasure of living and working in the UAE for over 30 years. During this time, she has built a career supporting businesses - particularly SMEs - with HR, administration, operational setup and management. She specialises in helping start-ups and small businesses establish solid foundations, offering everything from setting up an office, to implementing full HR toolkits including offer letters, employment contracts, policies and employee handbooks. Pamela brings deep local knowledge and a strong network across various industries, connecting SMEs with trusted partners who provide outsourced HR, finance, and back-office support - enabling companies to stay lean without the overhead of a full in-house team. Passionate about community and collaboration, Pamela enjoys connecting with like-minded professionals and contributing to the growth of the SME ecosystem. Beyond the business world, she has a love for interiors and property and Bluewater Management also offers the complete furnishing of offices and homes. In her personal time, Pamela enjoys swimming, cycling, reading, and supporting causes related to the environment, animal welfare, and children with special needs.
