Always working in new technologies his journey started in '99 with the UK’s first independent ISP, he progressed to global telecoms, supporting key industries like finance and aviation in optimising connectivity. He also spent six years enhancing public cloud and application modernisation for various companies. Carlo promotes a problem-first approach - "What is the business problem and why?" He believes that this approach ensures AI solutions are aligned with business objectives developed through structured ideation and use case workshops. As a regular contributor to the AI community, he helps organisations to understand how harness the potential of AI.
