PK Chand is the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RAK Ceramics P.J.S.C., a major global ceramics manufacturer headquartered in the UAE. In his role, he oversees the company’s corporate finance functions, including treasury and working capital management, project financing, venture capital, debt and equity markets, fundraising, and general financial strategy. He also serves as a director of key subsidiaries (e.g., RAK Power Pvt. Ltd. and RAK Security and Services Pvt. Ltd.) and sits on the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees for RAK Ceramics Bangladesh. Mr. Chand is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a rank holder and recipient of the A F Ferguson award, and brings over three decades of finance and management experience, having previously held senior finance roles at companies like Birla Corporation and RAK Investment Authority.

Mohammad Mosaj Gohar has led large cross-functional teams and complex, multi-country programs, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. Mohammad Mosaj Gohar holds a BTech in Information Technology 2008 from Mumbai University, India, and is recognized for his strong leadership, customer-centric mindset, and ability to translate strategic vision into execution, strengthening delivery excellence and enabling value-driven presales.
